Ordering and Delivery
We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as simple and smooth as possible for our customers. Should you have any questions or encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs on all orders over €65.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Dispatch of Your Order
Have you found the perfect look on our website? Naturally, you will want to enjoy it as soon as possible. That is why we ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Below are the average delivery times for our shipments:
- After placing your order, it takes 1–2 working days to process. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within one working day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes an average of 4–6 working days.
Once your order has been placed, you will be able to track its progress within a few days. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your shipment via our shipping partner. More information can be found on our Track & Trace page.
If you would like to ensure that your order is dispatched the same day, you are welcome to contact us at any time. Our service team will be happy to assist you.
Delivery of Your Order
Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy your purchase.
Of course, issues may occasionally arise. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please visit the relevant page on our website.
Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is defective, damaged upon receipt, or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
In the event of a defect, you are entitled, at no cost, to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or if repair or replacement would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.
These rights arise from the statutory warranty / consumer rights period of at least two years.
As a general rule, we will first offer a replacement (new product). This does not affect your statutory right to request a refund if the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refusal of Delivery
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend that you first notify us (for example via email or the withdrawal form), and then either refuse delivery or return the parcel by prior arrangement.
If you refuse delivery without prior notification, the order may still be considered delivered. In such cases, any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount, provided that you validly exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable period.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, or from the date the contract is concluded in the case of services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as a CD or DVD).
You are entitled to receive a refund of the price paid for the products, including delivery costs.
If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the seller, the seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless these costs were not disclosed prior to placing the order or the seller has agreed to cover them.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller’s control.
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
- Alcoholic beverages agreed upon at the time of purchase, where delivery takes place after 30 days and the value depends on market fluctuations.
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts).
- Accommodation (other than residential purposes), transport of goods, car rental, catering or leisure services with a specified date or period.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights.
How to Place an Order
Ordering from Cicella is simple:
- Visit the product page and add the desired item to your shopping basket by clicking “Add to cart”.
- Check that you have selected the correct variants.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Enter your correct address details and ensure all information is accurate.
- Click “Continue to Shipping”.
On the Shipping page, you can review your address details once more.
Click “Proceed to Payment” to continue.
Payment Methods
All payment methods on Cicella.com are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.
After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order”. You will be redirected to the relevant payment provider. Follow the instructions to finalise your order.

Lost Parcel
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will always send a replacement parcel first before proceeding with refunds or returns.
If the order has not been received within 60 days of dispatch, the order may be refunded.
