2. Cold machine wash
A cold or delicate cycle with a mild liquid detergent does the job. Skip the fabric softener — it wears down the absorbent layer over time. Safe to wash with the rest of your laundry.
3. Air dry and wear again
Hang it up at room temperature — no tumble dryer, which shortens its lifespan. Usually dry and ready by the next morning.

No. Cicella is cut and finished like everyday underwear, without the bulk of a pad. Under most fabrics, they sit and look no different from your regular pairs.

Most customers wear a pair for a full day before changing, depending on flow. We recommend having a few pairs in rotation so you always have a fresh one ready.

Rinse in cold water before the first wash. Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, with similar colours. Skip the fabric softener and bleach, and air dry rather than tumble drying — this helps the layers keep their absorbency over time.
